Numerous options to buy property in Singapore with credit bureau

In Singapore, you can buy non-landed marks (read apartments and condominium) without prior government approval for foreigners. This rule is the result of one act in 2005 that has prevented foreigners from buying property in an apartment block, which is less than six or more in the range of condominium with credIT bureau.

However, they still seek permission from the Singapore Land Authority to purchase Bangles, semi-indigenous homes and vacant posts, such as landed properties. They are also prohibited from purchasing HDB Shophouse, HDB House directly from HDB, a resale HDB flat approved by HDB and a condominium purchase under the 1996 executive condominium housing scheme.
